Over 75% of this UAA mail is directly tied to move related addressing problems. Hence, the requirement to keep your addresses complete, correct, and current at least 95 days prior to the mailing in order to claim postage discounts for Standard and First-Class mail. On November 23, 2008, expanded Move Update rules went into effect.
